From Rock Bottom to Rising Strong

There was a point in my life where I thought I had lost everything—my home, my stability, my sense of self. It felt like rock bottom. Maybe you’ve been there too.

What I didn’t realize at the time was that rock bottom isn’t the end. It’s the foundation we rebuild from.

When you’re at your lowest, you see life for what it is—and for what it could be. That perspective, while painful, can also be a gift. It forces you to ask: What really matters? Who do I want to become?

If you’re in that place right now, please know this: you are not broken—you are being rebuilt. Every setback is a setup for a comeback.

Today’s Empowering Step: Think back to a time you didn’t think you’d make it through, but you did. Write it down. That memory is proof of your strength.
